Henning’s Market accepts internet and manufacturer coupons excluding the following:
- Photo Copies of coupons
- Coupons that do not state “Manufacturer Coupon”. (Coupon must have a valid remit address for the manufacturer, to ensure the coupon can be processed for payment)
- Free Coupons or coupons with higher value than the item
- Coupons without a scan-able bar code
- Coupons without an expiration date
- $2 or greater coupons
- Coupons purchased via online shopping sites
- Coupons that appear to have been altered
- Henning’s Market limits the number of internet coupons to one coupon per item type/size
- Manager on Duty can refuse to accept coupons if it does not meet any or all of these guidelines
- Coupons must scan. If coupon does not scan and has to be entered manually, it will only be accepted at face value
- Once coupon is scanned, the coupons will automatically be accepted, if purchased according to the coupon offer
- Once coupon is scanned, the coupon will automatically double, up to 99 cents, if permitted according to coupon offer
NOTE: There are a number of counterfeit coupons currently being circulated on the Internet. This is a criminal offense that can be investigated and prosecuted by federal, state or local law enforcement authorities. Penalties can be severe. Offenders will be identified and prosecuted.
