Holiday Meal Reheating Instructions

Heat all items to an internal temperature of 165*
Keep in mind these are estimated reheating times, all ovens and microwave are different.
Microwave in 1 min. intervals as all microwaves are different strengths.
Check your items regularly as you reheat to prevent over heating.
We now sell probe thermometers in our prepared food area. No more need to guess if your food is fully reheated.

Turkey

Whole Bone-in Turkeys: Oven: Remove pan from bag (not oven safe) Keep turkey in aluminum pan with 1 cup of water in bottom of pan. Seal pan with foil and heat in a preheated 325* oven for 1hr to 1hr 15 mins. Fully reheat to an internal temperature of 165* Microwave: Carve turkey while cold, place meat in a single layer on a microwave safe plate, cover with wet paper towel and microwave meat to internal temperature of 165*

Fully reheat to an internal temperature of 165* Microwave: Carve turkey while cold, place meat in a single layer on a microwave safe plate, cover with wet paper towel and microwave meat to internal temperature of 165*

Ham

Place 1 cup of water in bottom of pan then seal ham with foil and heat in preheated oven 350* oven for 30-45 mins. Fully reheat to an internal temperature of 165* Microwave: Carve ham while cold, layer on a microwave safe plate, cover with wet paper towel and microwave to internal temperature of 165*

Mashed Potatoes, Yams

Oven: Place in a preheated 350* oven covered for 35-40 mins. Reheat fully to an internal temperature of 165*. Microwave: Place in a covered microwave safe container heat to internal temperature of 165* stirring after 2 mins.

Filling

Oven: Place in a preheated 350* oven covered for 30-40 mins. Reheat fully to an internal temperature of 165*. Microwave: Place in a covered microwave safe container heat to internal temperature of 165* stirring after 2 mins.

Vegetables

Stovetop: Reheat in a pot with 2 cups of water covered over low-med heat. Stir after 5 mins. Fully heat to desired doneness. Drain vegetables, add desired seasonings. For green beans toss with lemon oil, and toasted almonds (both in your meal box) Microwave: Reheat in a microwave safe dish with 1 cup of water in the bottom of dish. Stir after 2mins. Fully heat to desired doneness.
