Chef's Case Selections
Grilled Steak Skewer - Rubbed with a hearty steak and lightly glazed with barbecue sauce. Delicious served atop your favorite salad or as the main course to a meal.
Grilled Turkey London Broil - Marinated with apple cider, garlic, rosemary and thyme. Grilled and finished in the oven. Glazed with a sweet and sour sauce.
Tilapia Francaise - Egg battered, cooked until golden brown. Before serving, heat the tilapia and top with the compound butter during the last 3 minutes of heating process.
Crabcakes - Henning's Famous, mixed with lump crabmeat and a few secret ingredients. Ready to be enjoyed, just heat and serve. Also great on a potato roll and a side of Henning's homemade coleslaw. Don't leave without some of our remoulade sauce.
Chicken Croquette - A savory blend of all white meat chicken and fresh herbs combined with a rich cream sauce. The croquettes are dipped in egg and bread crumbs, then cooked until golden brown.

All of our selections are fully cooked and microwave friendly for reheating. If reheating in a conventional oven, set your oven to 325*F. It is always a good idea to cover the product to retain moisture and remove the cover during the last 5 minutes of heating time for any desired browning. Heating times will vary according to product. Please heat all items to an internal temperature of 165*F. A kitchen thermonmeter is an invaluable tool.
